Karthika Gokulakrishnan is a dedicated Hatha yoga teacher with 7yrs of teaching experience, her journey into yoga began as a personal pursuit to overcome health and lifestyle challenges. Inspired by her mentor Geetha Iyer, Karthika discovered not just healing, but a lifelong passion.

Today, she specializes in guiding working women toward greater balance, strength, and calm in their busy lives. Understanding the pressures of modern routines, her classes are thoughtfully designed to nurture both the body and mind through a blend of strength-building postures, flexibility training, balance work, and breath regulation (Pranayama).

Karthika's teaching style is warm, grounded, and deeply intentional. She believes in creating a space where every student feels seen, supported, and inspired regardless of experience level. ​Her students often express how much they value her personal attention and calming presence.

​​In the demanding pace of modern professional life, many women face lifestyle-related health challenges such as stress, anxiety, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and poor sleep often compounded by long hours  and limited self-care.

Having worked with women across various life stages, I’ve seen how consistent yoga practice can be a powerful tool to enhance both physical vitality and mental clarity.

I believe that integrating yoga with mindful nutrition offers a sustainable path to preventing these issues and reclaiming energy, balance, and inner peace.
